THE OFFICE
The main headquarters is situated in a prime, highly visible location in the township of Babylon. South Shore Mortgage Company, a New York State licensed mortgage broker. We are also licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Arizona, Maryland, Maine, South Carolina, and Illinois. The office is fully staffed with multiple full time personnel. We are fully computerized with correlation’s between credit bureaus and Government agencies. South Shore does direct business with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

THE CLIENTELE
The clientele varies from highly skilled investor groups to the first time buyers. Our representatives have had the education of working with builders on new construction to demolition work on fire damage. The majority of the mortgages are derived from the resale and re-finance market. They include the arranging of residential mortgages from $80,000 to $1,000,000 and tailoring special financing for the clients needs.
